We're Number One!

The weekend of January 1st, 2005, Dr. Demento will air his annual Funny 25 countdown of the most requested songs of the year. Guess who's number one? Go on guess!
If you said us, you got it! "Inner Voice", the song we did with Worm Quartet had enough Funny 5 appearances- several at #1- to make it the most requested song of the year! "Inner Voice" beat out new songs by Paul & Storm, The Great Luke Ski, Henry Phillips, and The Frantics.
Also on the countdown at the #10 spot is "Spam", our song about the emails we all know and love. Both of these songs are available right here on our web site on our new album Die Laughing.
This is the first time a Sudden Death song had made it to number 1 on the countdown. ("Peter Parker" is a Luke Ski song. All I did was show up and record my part.) This is also the first time that two Sudden Death songs have appeared on the countdown! This is really exciting for us!
I'd like to thank everyone who requested these songs, or any of our songs. And I'd also like to thank ShoEboX of Worm Quartet for helping me out with the song.
